CMMI Partner（授权合作伙伴）

CMMI Partner是具有CMMI Institute资质授权许可的组织，可以帮助其他组织或个人接纳新的、改进的技术。在CMMI方面，Partner可以提供咨询、评估和培训服务。CMMI Institute Partner Network借由全球社群，传播可信赖的、前沿的服务与技术。无论您的组织是需要CMMI评估，还是需要推进与落地CMMI，都可以寻求CMMI Partner的帮助。

CMMI证书是否由CMMI Institute颁发？

关于这一点，CMMI Institute在其官网中早有明确的说明：

“The CMMI Institute does not provide a certificate at the conclusion of an appraisal（译文：CMMI研究院不提供证书作为评估结论）”，“Any appraised organization receives an Appraisal Disclosure Statement (ADS) and a Final Findings Report from their lead appraiser（译文：任何被评估的组织收到的评估披露声明（即官网公布的CMMI结果链接）和最终发现报告都源于它的主任评估师）”，“Certificates, per se, are not provided by the CMMI Institute at the conclusion of any appraisal. Many lead appraisers provide something of this nature, but that would come from them and not from the CMMI Institute（译文：证书本身不由CMMI Institute提供作为任何评估的结论，很多主任评估师会提供具有类似性质的东西，但这些都源于主任评估师而非CMMI Institute）”。

上文已经清楚地说明，CMMI证书是由CMMI Institute认可的主任评估师（lead appraiser）颁发，而非CMMI Institute。每一个CMMI主任评估师必须隶属一个CMMI Partner机构，因此CMMI的发证机构不是CMMI Institute而是主任评估师所在的CMMI Partner机构。
